Job Description
This is a role for someone who is thirsty for growth.
We are hiring a Sales Executive whose sole purpose is to generate qualified leads, convert them into paying clients, and drive consistent, predictable revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
→ Generate new qualified leads every week
→ Execute structured follow-up until conversion or disqualification
→ Schedule and conduct inspections that move deals forward
→ Close deals, confirm payments, and hit monthly revenue targets
→ Submit daily performance reports numbers first, always
→ Improve conversion rate through smarter objection handling
YOUR KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Growth and digital marketing
Job Description
At CalledOut Estates Limited, we are building more than a real estate company, we are building a trusted property brand driven by structure, systems, and measurable growth.
This is NOT a social media management role.
This role exists for one reason:
– To turn visibility into qualified leads.
– To turn leads into revenue.
– To build scalable growth systems.
You will own growth across digital and offline channels and drive campaigns from positioning → launch → follow-up → conversion.
What You’ll Own
* End-to-end growth campaigns tied directly to revenue targets
• Lead funnel systems (no lead leakage)
• Digital execution: landing pages, email sequences, structured campaigns
• Offline activations & strategic partnerships
• Conversion tracking from inquiry to closed deal
• Performance reporting and ROI optimization
You will work closely with sales/admin to ensure every campaign has a measurable business outcome.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing
• Experience generating and converting real leads (not just engagement)
• Strong understanding of funnels, buyer psychology & objection handling
• Data-driven mindset with proven ROI reporting
• Comfortable executing hands-on this is a builder role
Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales marketing is a strong advantage.
